No, you need to pay if you want to continue receiving updates and new versions. If the subscription is not renewed, nothing bad will happen. You can continue to use the product, but updates and new versions will not be available.

QTitan is good library, and well worth the price.

There are not many cross-platform libraries with this kind of speed and performance.
