is it possible row focus frame?

is it possible row focus frame? was created by GYEYOUNG TNI CO LTD
Currently, when FocusFrameEnabled(true), focus is drawn on a cell-by-cell basis. However, I want the focus frame to be drawn globally on a Row-by-Row basis. Is this possible?

below picture : In the attached figure below, I want a dotted line with a cyan color to be drawn across the row.

Currently you can't apply this behaiour. Even if you have row-selection mode enabled, a specific cell should still have focus in order to be edited. If it is not, then it will not be clear to the end-user in which specific cell is ready to start enter a value.

I want Row Focus Mode (tentative) because what I'm doing doesn't involve focusing on a cell-by-cell basis.

In many file manager programs, including Windows Explorer and others that use grids, focus is only shown on a cell-by-cell basis and never moves.

Is it possible to develop such a mode? How long would it take?
