UI behaving unexpectedly with QtitanRibbon 4.12.0

UI behaving unexpectedly with QtitanRibbon 4.12.0 was created by Jennifer
There are several problems have been found when we performed minimizing and maximizing the application window.

Product Version: QtitanRibbon 4.12.0
Qt Version : 5.9.1
OS Version: Windows 8.1
Run Demo: RibbonApplication.exe

Summary:
1) The gap between the status bar and task bar.
2) Double title bar
Both issues are occurring when we have used windows of Office 2007 & Windows 7 & Office 2010 theme.

Description:-
1)When we perform the minimize and maximize then at the bottom of the application there exist some space.
Use any windows of Office 2007 & Windows 7 & Office 2010 theme and performed this step with the RibbonSample application then there is gap exist at the bottom of the application.

2)When we perform the minimize and maximize the double title bar is seen in the application.(Please refer attach snapshot "Double TitleBar.PNG")
After integrating the QtitanRibbon 4.12.0 in our application we are getting multiple title bar.

Could you please let us know if you have done any specific modification which causing these issue.

I have also a gap in my application. Is this bug fixed? I am using 4.13.0 on Windows 7 and 10.
